REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Terms Of Sale
MYQ services include assessment, benchmarking, consulting, and training (“MYQ Services”) provided through MYQ Egypt.
All Sales Are Final, Policy – Cancellation, Return and Refund
Except as set out in this agreement, all sales are final with no refund. Refund is approved only if the booking is cancelled 48 hours prior to the service delivery. Once you have received your refund, you will no longer have the right to claim the service. All refunds are processed into original payment method. Refund process might take 5-7 business days upon package arrival to our return department and reflect on the bank statement.
Shipping and handling fee are not refundable.
To be eligible for refund the original copy of the invoice must be available with the refund request.

Payment Methods – Payment and Taxes
(a) Payment is done thru a trusty third party service (PayTabs), Notwithstanding all of our efforts, no security controls are 100% effective and MYQ cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our trusty payment third party service security measures, or use your personal financial/social information for improper purposes. In no event does MYQ will be responsible for such losses.
(b) Taxes. The amounts payable by you to MYQ hereunder are exclusive of any applicable sales, use, value added, excise or similar taxes that may apply to the transactions contemplated hereunder. Any such taxes shall be your responsibility and you agree to pay to MYQ any such taxes that MYQ is required to collect under applicable law.
(c) MYQ accepts credit cards. When a credit card is being used for a purchase, MYQ may obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company for an amount up to the amount of the order. Except as otherwise set out herein, billing to your credit card occurs at the time of purchase, or shortly thereafter. MYQ accepts the following payment cards: Visa and MasterCard. Please note that credit cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order. If a transaction has been declined due to credit issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit your purchase. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card for your transaction and should use another payment card.
Billing
If you are purchasing multiple services on the MYQ website, your order may be authorized and billed in gradual increments during one purchasing session as you click the “Buy Now” button. This may appear as multiple orders and billings on your payment card statement.
Prices
The MYQ Service endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current selections. Your total price will include the price of all services and bookings. MYQ reserves the right to change prices for Products offered at the MYQ website at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.

Other Terms And Conditions
MYQ reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the MYQ website at any time. Revised Terms of Sale will be made available on our website. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms of Sale on a periodic basis for modifications. All sales on the MYQ website are governed by the laws of Egypt applicable therein without regard to conflict of laws rules. If any of the terms in these Terms of Sale are not valid or legally enforceable, the other terms will not be affected.
